Why we only cover one city
Because the useful part of a quote is local. Norwich housing is mostly medieval and Georgian stock in the centre, Victorian terraces, and interwar and modern housing beyond, with clay pantile is very common here, alongside slate and concrete tile. Norwich has one of the largest medieval city centres in the country and extensive conservation designation, so planning permission is a live question rather than a formality. An installer who works here every week already knows that; one covering half the country does not.
What happens if I am just outside
Send the enquiry anyway. Installer coverage does not stop neatly at a boundary, and if nobody we work with covers you we will say so rather than pass your details to someone who will not turn up.
